  • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times within Canada takes between 3-7 days
  • International deliveries takes between 7-21 days

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries around the world!
  • International shipping costs and delivery times depend on your country and the total items in your order
  • Customs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment

Additional Information

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay duties, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee
  • Refunds for returned packages will exclude the original shipping cost
  • Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier fees

No Returns at This Time

At Trybz, all sales are final. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailinginfo@trybz.ca

  3. Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Our team will review your case and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
